Among the 3 Australian Sheratons that we have mentioned, the Noosa Resort is the least big. Nevertheless it is enjoyable, elegantly furnished and wonderfully located in the middle of the Sunshine Coast, in the beautiful seaside resort of Noosa; it is only 2 km. far from the Rainforest National Park. In front of it there is the sea with the magnificent lagoon bay of Noosa. Behind it there is the Noosa River with a private docking of the hotel.
The very nice rooms are placed in a crescent and they overlook the splendid swimming-pool. The suites are dedicated to famous actors and personages of literature and history such as Saumerset Maugham, Rudolph Valentino, Ian Fleming, Napoleon and Josephine, the Pharaon Ramses.
The Sheraton Noosa Resort is a suitable starting point from which you can explore the wonderful Sunshine Coast (it is the least known among the most famous Australian destinations, but it cannot be absolutely missed); furthermore Fraser Island is only 130 km far from the hotel so you can visit it in one day.
